OUR CERTIFICATES

With AVANSI's certificates a subscriber is able to IDENTIFIED himself. At the same time the subscriber can SIGN documents and email or AUTHENTICATE himself in an information system, replacing the traditional access thru an user / password combination.

Digital Certificates for basic level employees

Qualify attributes:

• Holders first and last name.
• ID number.
• E-mail.
• Employer's Company Name.
• Department.
• Position.

Certificate's usages:

• Identify its holder.
  
• Link it's holder to a company. 
  
• Make operations with the Government.
  
• Exchange data.
• To make low risk not financial transaction.
• Assure the integrity of a document.
• Assure non repudiation.

Digital Certificates for medium level employees

Qualify attributes:

• ID number.
• E-mail.
• Employer's Company Name.
• Department.
• Position.

• Exchange data.
• To make low or medium risk transaction or low amount financial operations .
• Assure the integrity of a document.
• Assure non repudiation.

Digital Certificate for Departments / Companies

Qualify attributes:

• Department name or company name.
• Company's legal name
• Company's Tax ID.
• Company's Email.
• Company's Address
• Company's legal representative name.
• Legal representative ID number.
• Legal representative E-mail.
• Legal representative position.

Certificate's usages::

• Identify its holder.
  
• Make operations with the Government.
  
• Exchange data.
• To make high risk or financial transaction.
• Assure the integrity of a document.
• Assure non repudiation.

Supports

These certificates can be issue on two different types of support: software and hardware.

Software Support

The certificate's subscriber / signer will receive a file with the digital certificate; the certificates can be downloaded and install in any software devise, like emails accounts or browsers.

Hardware Support

The certificate's subscriber / signer will receive a secure storage devise with the digital certificated. The devise can be a Cryptographic Card (SmartCard) or a Cryptographic Token.

Devises Prices

The prices described for issuance or renovations don't include the hardware device price. It is not necessary to substitute the hardware device when a renovation is submitted.
